Your Stock SIP order could fail due to the following reasons:

1. Insufficient Balance: There are not enough funds in your account to execute the order.

2. Stock at an Upper Circuit: The stock is at an upper circuit limit, and there is insufficient market liquidity to complete the order.

3. Stock Becomes Illiquid: Regulatory changes have caused the stock to become illiquid, preventing execution.

4. Repeated Failures: If the Stock SIP fails consecutively 5 times, it will be automatically canceled.
