If you've received confirmation from your bank that the amount has been debited from your account, but have not yet received a confirmation email from Upstox, don’t worry! Transfers typically take a specific amount of time to reflect in your 


Upstox account based on the transfer method used. However, delays can sometimes occur due to technical issues either at the bank’s or gateway’s end.


Timeframe for Fund Transfers:

If the funds do not reflect after the specified turnaround time, please raise a support ticket and include the following transaction details:

  • Bank Name:
  • Bank Account Number:
  • Transferred Amount:
  • Reference Number:
  • Date of Transaction:
  • Segment (Securities/Commodities/Mutual Funds):

Additionally, please include a screenshot of your bank statement showing the transaction.
