There is a specific timeframe for the funds to be transferred from your bank account to your Upstox account, depending on the transfer method used. Occasionally, delays may occur due to technical issues at the bank's or payment gateway's end.
Transfer Mode and Timeframe:
If the funds are still not reflecting after the specified turnaround time, please raise a ticket and provide the following details:
- Bank Name:
- Bank Account Number:
- Transferred Amount:
- Reference Number:
- Date of Transaction:
- Segment (Securities/Commodities/Mutual Funds):
Additionally, please attach a screenshot of your bank statement showing the transaction.
